EEF Board
Governance & Operation
The Foundation has a Board of Directors (ranging in size from 9 to 15 members). Volunteer Board Directors serve staggered three-year terms and may serve 2 consecutive terms. Current Board Directors, organized by term, are displayed below.
A slate of Board Directors is proposed by the board and voted on by the membership of the parent organization (the Geneva Lake Association (GLA) at its annual summer meeting.
Along with these board members, the President of the GLA and the Executive Director of the Geneva Lake Environmental Agency (GLC) sit as ex-officio members. A secretary/treasurer is appointed by the board and serves as staff to the board.
