Meet Jake
Jake is the Executive Director of the Geneva Lake Environmental Agency. He holds a BS in Sustainability and Environmental Management from George Williams College of Aurora University. He is a Wisconsin Lake Leaders Institute graduate, Crew 14 (2022). Jake serves as an ex-officio director for the Environmental Education Foundation. He also serves on the Board of Directors of several local nonprofits, which include the Friends of Hackmatack National Wildlife Refuge and Walworth County Lakes Association, as the Program Director. Jake is the Past President of the Friends of White River County. He resides in Williams Bay with his wife and their animals, including two cats and various reptiles. Jake enjoys spending his free time cooking for his family and friends. You will also find him fishing, hiking, boating, camping, golfing, and gardening. Jake has a passion for the environment and enjoys being able to help others develop and foster their connection with nature and the environment. He loves working and being a part of a proactive community that is working to protect and conserve our resources for future generations.
